hey folks, i have an idea that can be a treatment against eye problems
of our generation
most people have glasses now and one of the reasons is said to be "looking at the computer-screen for too long" .. more precicely: looking at a picture which is at the same distance for many hours...... the muscles that handle distance-measurement/and/-correction of the eye can not do their assigned job and lose their interest in working at all .... then if we need them (for example if we want to drive a car or recognize people on the other side of the street) they(the muscles) will laugh at us, haha, they are too lazy to do it.... then we get an eye correction aid (glasses) that work for so-and-so long until we need the next stronger ones.... my idea would be: create a mechanism that can constantly change the focus of the TV/computer-screen. the eye would have to follow these slight changes and thus is having a workout while youre watching tele, no need to do sports or the like.... the eye gets a virtual image of the screen which seems to be miles away one moment and after a minute or so it seems to be in front of your nose and the muscles in your head are constantly working to correct the vision and your eyes stay healthy and you wont ever need glasses what do you think? any comments? I think it's a freakin' _great_ idea!!
Put your flat monitor on a hinge or a track or something, and start experimenting!!
